양궁장에서 다같이 마음을 다지고 왔습니다.😁
마음과 정신을 가다듬고 각자의 과녁 앞에 서서,
각자의 속도와 모습으로
반도체 설계의 판도를 바꾸겠다는
잇다반도체의 꿈을 향해 화살을 날렸습니다.🏹
한 발, 한 발 쏘다 보니
10점에 꽂히는 화살들이 하나, 둘 늘어갑니다.
그 과정에서 가장 중요한 것은
쏘는 순간 흔들리지 않는 정확한 조준이라는 것을 알게 되었고,
그 비밀은 힘을 주는 팔이 아니라
움직이지 않고 받쳐주는 튼튼한 하체, 즉 기본이라는 것을 배웠습니다.
목표도, 기술도, 조직도 결국 같은 것 같습니다.
명확한 목표와 마지막까지 흔들리지 않는 조준,
그리고 그것을 받쳐주는 튼튼한 기본!

To hit our 2026 New Year goals,
the ITDA Semiconductor team gathered at an archery range to align our minds and focus. 😁
With calm concentration, each of us stood before our own target,
moving at our own pace and in our own way,
and releasing arrows toward a shared dream:
reshaping the landscape of semiconductor design. 🏹
Arrow by arrow,
more shots began to land in the bullseye.
Through this experience, we were reminded that the most important thing
is unwavering focus at the moment of release.
And the secret to that focus isn’t strength in the arms,
but a solid lower body that stays still and supports everything,
in other words, strong fundamentals.
Goals, technology, and organizations are no different.
Clear direction, steady aim until the very end,
and strong fundamentals that support it all.
To make ITDA Semiconductor’s vision hit the mark,
we’ll spend this year strengthening our foundations and running forward with determination. 🏃♂️💨
